If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Westside Foot & Ankle participates in Medicare and is a Preferred Provider with BlueCross/BlueShield, Providence Good Health Plan, Cigna, Aetna, Lifewise, HealthNet and most other commercial insurance companies in Oregon and Southwest Washington.We have a full-time billing staff to assist you with your claims processing and payment arrangements. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf to your insurance provider and will bill for deductibles, co-pays, and non-covered services directly from our office. In this complicated insurance environment, we can assist you in medical pre-authorizations and other billing needs. Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance provider and Westside Foot & Ankle cannot guarantee payment of claims. It is your ultimate responsibility to ensure that claims are paid for services rendered.
